This September too, Adriatic LNG has been proactive in the promotion of local traditional festivals.

The month began with the 53rd Festival of Delta. This year it was a special edition as it coincided with the 50th anniversary of 1966 flood, an episode which affected the history of Porto Tolle. The event started on September 1st with a commemoration ceremony and the inauguration of two documentary exhibitions. Sporting activities played a leading role during the final day, September 4th, when the footrace competition "Corri nel Delta" (sixth round of Adriatic LNG Circuit ) took place.

Between September 8th and 11th, the local community also celebrated one of the most recognized product of Polesine, organizing the Rice Festival. Born six years ago thanks to Adriatic LNG support, the event promotes the rice of Delta as a key product for the economic system of Polesine. The festival allowed people to discover the peculiar aspects of local life and its typical places through tasting sessions, mountain-bike tours, conferences and live music.

The participation to the community life of Delta has always been a key factor for Adriatic LNG, who is constantly supporting events that promote what makes this area unique.
