Regasification service offered by Adriatic LNG includes:
- Availability of terminal capacity
- Mooring of LNG carriers
- LNG unloading
- Storage
- Redelivery of corresponding LNG units in Cavarzere, admittance point of the national network.
Every year during the months of June and July, Adriatic LNG offers its capacity for mid- and long-term periods (up to ten years) and on a monthly basis with infra-annual capacity (until the end of current thermal year, which is September 30th, 2017).

Publication of the Terminal regasification Capacity in accordance with the Article 2.4.2. of Chapter II of the Regasification Code.
According to the Article 2.4.2 of Chapter II of the Regasification Code, Adriatic LNG publishes the Terminal regasification Capacity.
The Terminal Capacity is determined by considering the technical and operational limits of the Terminal and taking into account the number and duration of Unloading Slots, Storage capacity, send-out capacity and the available pipeline capacity at the Cavarzere Entry Point.

Adriatic LNG has received no requests by the deadline of 17:00 CET Wednesday July 1st 2016 for the Annual Capacity Subscription process.
The allocation procedure of the following Available Capacity will be opened within the Monthly Capacity Subscription process starting from July 22nd , 2016 at 17:00 CET.

SCHEDULE OF UNLOADING SLOTS
The calendar displays the unloading slots allocated and available for subscription in the year 2017 (pursuant to Article 3, Chapter II of the Regasification Code).

1) Assignment of unloading slots takes place during the quarterly scheduling process.
1) Terminale GNL Adriatico (the "Operating Company" or "Adriatic LNG") makes available for subscription the following Available Capacity, as published on the Electronic Communication System.
The publication of the Infra-Annual Capacity Subscription Process must be signed by the legal representative of the Applicant and be delivered in conjunction with the Access Request.
2) The applicable tariff by the Operating Company is the Regasification and Metering Tariffs in force for the relevant period, as published on the Adriatic LNG website and herein attached (“Annex Tariff”).
From January 1st 2016 to December 31st 2016 Tariff 2016
From January 1 2017 to December 31st 2017 Tariff 2017
The above attachment shall be signed by the legal representative of the Applicant and delivered together with the Access Request.
3) The are one or potentially two phases of the Infra-Annual Capacity allocation process.
First phase
The Access Requests must be sent to Adriatic LNG by registered mail or fax by and not later than 17:00 CET of the “deadline” as of point v) lett. (e) comma 3 of the Article 2 Chapter II of the Regasification Code at the following address:

Infra-Annual Capacity allocation process– first phase
4) If the access request is sent by fax, the original documentation shall be sent in due time by registered mail or hand delivered no later than the 17:00 CET the following business day from the deadline pain of inadmissibility of the request.
5) The request is binding, irrevocable and unconditional up to 17:01 CET of the working day following the Deadline.
6) The Operating Company undertakes to notify Applicants of the results (acceptance or reject) with reference to each Access Request by 17.00 CET of the Day 20th of each Month.
7) Instructions for Access Requests, Allocation Criteria and Access Conditions are provided in the applicable rules and in the Regasification Code. The Regasification Code is an integral part of the Capacity Agreement.
8) The Regasification Code approved by the Authority for the electricity gas and water system with Resolution Arg/Gas n. 57/11 and the following updates is available at the following link: Codice di Rigassificazione di Terminale GNL Adriatico.
9) The provisions of this publication are an integral and substantial part of the Infra-Annual Capacity Subscription offer. Copy of this publication, in the form attached, must be signed by the Legal Representative of the Applicant and be delivered in conjunction with the Access Request. Second phase: first come first served.
1. If by the Deadline all the Infra-Annual Capacity has not been allocated, the Operating Company will assign the Available Capacity in accordance with the “first come first served" rules.
In this case, Access Requests shall be sent by registered mail or fax on business days following the Deadline from 8.30 to 17.00 C.E.T. up to:
• 5th Working Day prior to the Scheduled Arrival Range of each Unloading Slot, for the Spot Capacity; and
• 15th Day of the Month following the publication of the Infra-Annual Capacity, for the Continuous Capacity.
