“Il Moro di Venezia” is the winner of the “Adriatic LNG” Cup. Originally commissioned in the 90s by Raul Gardini to win the America's Cup, the famous boat was headed in this competition by the Olympic athlete Silvia Zennaro.

Main sponsor of ChioggiaVela since 2014, Adriatic LNG, last year, decided to strengthen its involvement in the competition by introducing a Cup named after the Company.

ChioggiaVela, a project for the promotion of sailing and respect for the sea, started in April with ChioggiaVela Junior, which involved more than 400 children and concluded between September 23 and 25. A weekend rich of events including a conference on the Olympic experience of Silvia Zennaro and a funds collection for Amatrice, one of the towns hit by the earthquake last August.

Lisa Roncon, on behalf of Adriatic LNG took part in the three-day event together with the Deputy Mayor of Chioggia, Marco Veronese, the President of Pro Loco, Marco Donadi and the President of Circolo Nautico Chioggia, Stefano Penzo.
