Adriatic LNG has decided to support the communities of Central Italy hit by the severe earthquake in August 2016 with a 11,000 € contribution. The solidarity of employees and the Company that operates the regasification terminal off the Veneto coastline, answered the requests for assistance coming from the municipalities of Amatrice (Rieti) and Pievebovigliana (Macerata).

Donations amount to 6,000€ for Amatrice school district and 5,000€ for nursery, primary and middle schools of Pievebovigliana. Contributions will support the purchase of educational material and furniture, expressly requested by the institutes through the Civil Protection and DI.COMA.C (Command and Control Headquarters) department.

The contributions reflect Adriatic LNG’s spirit of solidarity, a company that has always proved its heartfelt sympathy towards communities hit by such exceptional events, by promoting charitable actions to provide concrete aid.
