The important collaboration between Adriatic LNG and the Conservatory “Francesco Venezze” of Rovigo, which began in 2016, continues this year too. In fact, last September saw the launch of the third edition of “Adriatic LNG dà il La ai Giovani Musicisti Veneti”, the music award organized under the patronage of Rovigo Municipality, in order to support and promote young local talents.

This year, the award, which promotes a different music fields each edition, is dedicated to chamber music and composition. Furthermore, a special prize will be assigned to the best performance of a composition concerning Veneto, whether composed by a local author or written in Venetian language or dedicated to Veneto.

The award is open to all the students from the seven Conservatories of the region, (Adria, Castelfranco Veneto, Padua, Rovigo, Venice, Verona, Vicenza) who have been selected by each institute through an internal procedure, in order to identify the best ensembles, composers and instrumentalists.

Examinations will be public and take place at the auditorium of Rovigo Conservatory on Sunday 18 November. The winners will be announced at the end of the assessment, and will have the opportunity to perform their pieces during the awarding ceremony, which will take place next December in a prestigious venue of Veneto.
