Adriatic LNG informs that the Released Capacity offered with Infra-Annual Subscription Process ‐ First Come First Served criteria, for Spot Capacity, pursuant to chapter II article 2.4) comma 2 point b) β) of the Regasification Code, has not been allocated.

All the remaining Available Capacity for the current Thermal Year 2023-2024 has been allocated. Then, the allocation procedures are suspended up to (i) the eventual release of capacity by a User, if any, (ii) the eventual Capacity made available following assessment on operating conditions and on planned maintenance activities.

The eventual Capacity made available for subscription will be promptly published on the Electronic Communication System and all the operators who have declared an interest for this capacity will be contacted.

Infra-Annual Subscription Process ‐ First Come First Served criteria

Terminale GNL Adriatico ("the Operating Company" or "Adriatic LNG") after receiving a Release Declaration makes available for subscription during the Infra-Annual Subscription Process ‐ First Come First Served criteria, for Spot Capacity, pursuant to chapter II article 2.4) comma 2 point b) β) of the Regasification Code, the following Regulated released capacity:

This publication in conjunction with conditions published under Rules are an integral and substantial part of the capacity offer under the Spot Capacity Subscription Process- first come first served criteria.

Publication of Regasification Capacity Availability at Adriatic LNG Terminal as per Chapter II article 2.4.2 a) of the Regasification Code

Following the outstanding results of the Open Season 2022 all the available capacity at Adriatic LNG Terminal until the end od December 2028 has been allocated

Auction Procedures for subscription of Infra-annual Capacity, pursuant to chapter II article 2.4) comma 2 point b) α), of the Regasification Code and of Implementing Auction Rules for Infra-annual Capacity allocation, are suspended up to (i) the eventual release of capacity by a User, if any, (ii) the eventual additional Capacity made available following optimization works subject to operative conditions and relevant authorizations.

The eventual Capacity made available for subscription will be promptly published on the Electronic Communication System.

The Terminal Capacity is determined by considering the technical and operational limits of the Terminal, send-out capacity, Storage capacity, and the available pipeline capacity at the Cavarzere Entry Point known at the date of this publication and taking into account the number and duration of Unloading Slots.

Adriatic LNG informs that following the success of Infra-Annual Subscription Process ‐ first come first served criteria, the Available Capacity offered, pursuant to chapter II article 2.4) comma 2 point b) β) of the Regasification Code, has been allocated.
 

All the remaining Available Capacity for the current Thermal Year has been allocated. Then, the allocation procedures are suspended up to (i) the eventual release of capacity by a User, if any, (ii) the eventual additional Capacity made available following optimization works or (iii) the publication of the Infra-Annual Capacity available for Thermal Year 2022- 2023 after the closure of the long term capacity allocation so-called Open Season 2022 (end July 2022).
 

The eventual Capacity made available for subscription will be promptly published on the Electronic Communication System and all the operators who have declared an interest for this capacity will be contacted
