Regasification
Regasification service offered by Adriatic LNG includes:
- Availability of terminal capacity
- Berthing of LNG carriers
- LNG unloading
- Storage
- Redelivery of regasified LNG at Cavarzere, entry point into the Italian National Grid.
Every year during the months of June and July, Adriatic LNG offers its capacity for mid- and long-term periods (up to ten years) and, on a monthly basis, the infra-annual capacity (e.g. until the end of the thermal year).

RULES AND PROCEDURE FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION OF THE INFRANNUAL CAPACITY
Procedure for the Subscription of the Infra-Annual Capacity – Rules
1) Terminale GNL Adriatico (il "Gestore" o "Adriatic LNG") makes available for subscription the regasification Capacity, as published in the Electronic Communication System and on the PAR portal.
2) Each party who is interested in participating in the Infra-Annual Capacity allocation procedures must
a. be accredited to GME in accordance with the provisions of the PAR Rules
b. satisfy the participation requirements referred to in Article 4 of the Auction Rules in the terms indicated therein and deliver to the Operating Company:
i. Form of commitments signed by the legal representative; and
iii. The Powers of representation statement
3) The reserve prices of the capacity offered as part of the auction subscription procedures are defined by the Operator or by the User who releases Capacity, according to the respective criteria referred to in paragraph 1 of article 7 letters b ) or (c) of the TIRG.
4) The Spot Capacity prices offered under the "first come first served" procedure referred to in paragraph 6 of article 6 of the TIRG are defined by the Operator pursuant to paragraph 7 of article 6 of the TIRG and published on the Electronic Communication System.
5) The metering service tariff applicable by the Operating Company is published on the Electronic Communication System.
6) The Infra-Annual allocation Capacity process is divided in two phases.
α) Auction procedure for the Subscription of the Infra-Annual Capacity
1) The purchase offers pursuant to the PAR Rules must be done through the GME's PAR platform from 2.00 pm on the 18th (18th) Day of the Month until 2.30 pm on the 20th (20th) Day of the Month, or the first Business Day following the 20th if the 20th is not a Business Day ("Term"). The auction calendar for each Year is published and constantly updated by Adriatic LNG on the Electronic Communication System.
2)The Offer formulated on the PAR is binding, unconditional, irrevocable and valid until 6.00 pm of the twenty-sixth (26th) Day of the Month in which the auction took place or the first following Business Day if the twenty-sixth (26th is not a Business Day.
Pursuant to the PAR Rules, transactions concluded on the PAR platform are final and binding for the purposes of the obligations set forth in the Regasification Code.
3) By 3:00 pm on the 20th Day of each Month (or on the first following Business Day if the 20th is not a Business Day, GME shall notify each participant of the results of the session in which has made an Offer in accordance with the provisions of the PAR Rules and the Regasification Code.
4) Following the allocation of the Unloading Slots, according to the criteria defined in the Regasification Code, the winning bidder will deliver to the Operating Company no later than 2 (two) Business Days from the conclusion of the auction procedure (i) the Regulated Capacity Contract or the Spot Capacity Contract, as appropriate, in original and duly signed and (ii) the guarantees referred to in Article 10 of Chapter III of the Regasification Code.
5) The contents of the Access Request, the Allocation Criteria and the Access Conditions are provided for in the applicable legislation and in the Regasification Code. The Regasification Code is an integral part of the Capacity Contract. The Regasification Code approved by the Regulatory Authority for Energy Networks and the Environment with Resolution no. Arg / Gas 57/11 and subsequent updates is available at the following link: Regasification Code
β)Procedure for the subscription of the Spot Capacity according to the first come first served criteria
1) If, at the end of the auction procedure, all the Spot Capacity has not been allocated, the Operating Company makes available for subscription the Available Spot Capacity according to the order in which the Access Requests are received ("first come first served").
2) In this case, the Spot Capacity Access Requests must be made on the GME PAR portal , in the period/timeline announced on the PAR, up to the 5th (fifth) Business Day prior to the Scheduled Arrival Range of each Unloading Slot, for Spot Capacity.
3) The Access Requests will be binding, irrevocable and unconditional until 17.01 CET on the second Business Day following the delivery of the original documentation pursuant to the Regasification Code.
4) The Operating Company will notify the Applicants of the results including any Acceptance by 17.00 CET on the Day following the Day of receipt of the Access Request.
5) The contents of the Access Request and the Access Conditions are foreseen in the applicable legislation and in the Regasification Code. The Regasification Code is an integral part of the Capacity Contract.
6) The Regasification Code approved by the Regulatory Authority for Energy Networks and the Environment with Resolution no. Arg / Gas 57/11 and subsequent updates is available at the following link: Regasification Code
The conditions set out in this publication are an integral and substantial part of the capacity offer associated with the Infra-Annual Capacity Subscription Procedure referred to in point b) of paragraph 2 of article 2.4 of Chapter II of the Regasification Code.

The allocation procedure of the following Available Capacity will be opened within the Infra-Annual Subscription Process starting from Saturday August 18th , 2018 at 14:00 CET.

Terminal Regasification Capacity
Publication of the Terminal regasification Capacity in accordance with the Article 2.4.2. a) of Chapter II of the Regasification Code
According to the Article 2.4.2 a) of Chapter II of the Regasification Code, Adriatic LNG publishes the Terminal regasification Capacity.
The Terminal Capacity is determined by considering the technical and operational limits of the Terminal and taking into account the number and duration of Unloading Slots, Storage capacity, send-out capacity and the available pipeline capacity at the Cavarzere Entry Point.

According to the Article 2.4.2 of Chapter II of the Regasification Code, Adriatic LNG publishes the Terminal regasification Capacity.
