The following rates for Regasification services, in force for 2025, have been calculated according to the criteria defined by Resolution 474/2020/R/Gas and approved by ARERA under Resolution 253/2024/R/Gas1),2).
The Cqs unit fee referred to in the following table is applicable, if offered, to the Peak Shaving service. The Cqs of the Subscribed Regulated Capacity according to the auction procedures referred to in Article 2.4 of Chapter II of the Regasification Code is defined at the end of the auction procedure.

The Cqs unit fee referred to in the following table is applicable to the infra-annual capacity allocated on a first come first served basis and, if offered, to the peak shaving service. The Cqs of the Subscribed Regulated Capacity according to the auction procedures referred to in Article 2.4 of Chapter II of the Regasification Code is defined at the end of the auction procedure.

02/12/2022 Always looking for greater efficiency of the service dedicated to its Users Adriatic LNG has asked ARERA to modify in kind to cover the consuption and losses of the regasification terminal for 2023. Whit Resolution 645/2022/R/Gas, ARERA has approved this request (QCP component). The new percentage to cover consumption and losses paid by the user of the terminal is 0,26%
