On 12 May 2011 the Regulatory Authority for Electricity and Gas, with Resolution ARG/gas 57/11, verified positively and subsequently approved the Regasification Code which has been proposed by Adriatic LNG pursuant to article 24 paragraph 5 of legislative decree no. 164 of 23 May 2000.

On 30 March 2012 the Regulatory Authority for Electricity and Gas, with the Resolution 111/2012/R/gas, verified positively and subsequently approved the proposal for the application of a Correction Factor for the measurements uncertainty (FCI) and an Annual Reconciliation for inventory's Loss and/or Gain (in Italian: Fattore di Correzione dell'Incertezza di misura e della Riconciliazione Annuale per Cali e/o Eccedenze inventariali).

On 15 November 2012 the Regulatory Authority for Electricity and Gas, with the Resolution 479/2012/R/gas, verified positively and subsequently approved the proposal for the introduction of the Variable Unitary Charge (CVLu) associated with the treatment of Losses and Consumption of the Terminal, which shall be determined in accordance with applicable Regulations. 

On 5 December 2013 the Regulatory Authority for Electricity and Gas, with the Resolution 556/2013/R/gas, verified positively and subsequently approved the modification proposal of Terminale GNL Adriatico’s Regasification Code following the Resolution 297/2012/R/gas.

On 8 May 2014 the Regulatory Authority for Electricity and Gas, with the Resolution 209/2014/R/gas, verified positively and subsequently approved the modification proposal of Terminale GNL Adriatico’s Regasification Code following the Resolution 438/2013/R/gas.

On 19 September 2014 the Regulatory Authority for Electricity and Gas, with the Resolution 448/2014/R/gas, verified positively and subsequently approved the modification proposal of Terminale GNL Adriatico’s Regasification Code following the Resolution 502/2013/R/gas.

On 22 Septemeber 2016 the Regulatory Authority for Electricity Gas and Water System, with the Resolution 520/2016/R/gas, verified positively and subsequently approved the modification proposal of Terminale GNL Adriatico’s Regasification Code to align it to new regulations.
